Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We ship from our warehouse to the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather conditions.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — see product pages for details.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sdyydsauto@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist you.

 

Return Shipping

 

For returns, please refer to our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
